In my line of work I don't have a lot of time for meetings. If I get a service call for a no heat emergency I usually will drop what ever i'm doing. Vincent totally understood that and was very flexable with me. For not actually having a formal meeting he did a perfect job on my companies web site. It is exactly what i wanted.
